Privacy policy

Who we are. North Houston Roof Repair (northhoustonroofrepair.com) is operated by Secure Layer HQ LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste 100, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("we", "us"). We connect homeowners with independent roofing contractors. We do not perform roofing work.

What we collect. When you use the form we collect what you type: your name, phone number, town, optionally your email address, and your description of the problem. We also record the page you sent it from and the time. We do not ask for or store payment details.

What we do with it. We pass your request to one independent roofing contractor working in your area so that he can contact you about it, which is the purpose of the site. We also keep a copy so we can follow up if the contractor does not, and so we can see which pages produce requests. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to more than one contractor for a single request.

Being contacted. By submitting the form you agree that the contractor we connect you with may contact you by phone, text message or email about your request. You can tell him, or us, to stop at any time.

Who else sees it. The services we use to deliver your request to us (email delivery and an internal notification channel) process it on our behalf. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard server logs including your IP address.

Cookies and tracking. The site sets no advertising cookies. If analytics are added they will be noted here.

How long we keep it. Request details are kept for as long as they are useful for following up, and no longer than two years, after which they are deleted.

Your choices. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the address above or using the contact page and saying it is a privacy request.

Children. The site is for homeowners and is not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes. If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
